Martin Little, Andrew Case with Paul Bentley from A.P.S.I and Mel White
Forrest Estate has four fully qualified A.P.S.I (Association of Professional Shooting Instructors) Shooting Instructors Andrew Case, Martin Little, Melvin White and Barry Smyth. Andrew, Mel and Barry are also C.P.S.A Safety Officers. All have many years experience in all aspects of country sports.

Andrew Case (A.P.S.I Instructor, C.P.S.A Safety Officer and CRB Checked)

Andrew has been involved with country sports from an early age and since 1988 has owned various local hotels which ran in conjunction with Case Sport, a successful sporting agency arranging sporting breaks in Dumfries and Galloway for clients from both home and abroad. The desire to introduce more people to country sports inspired him to develop Forrest Estate Experiences, a country sports activity centre near St John’s Town of Dalry specifically created to provide access and education to country sports for those who often find it difficult to get involved as well assisting clients at all levels develop their skills.

Martin Little (A.P.S.I)
Martin has a lifetime of experience in country sports including shooting competitive clays at international level before getting involved with game rearing and shoot management. Martin ran several local estates for pheasant shooting from walked up days to 150 bird days providing excellent days for Case Sport clients. Recently Martin retired from shoot management to focus his skills and experience on assisting to develop Forrest Estate Experiences.

Melvin White (A.P.S.I & C.P.S.A Safety Officer)
Mel has worked his way through the shooting world from keepering at a young age to shooting instruction in the field since 2002. Mel has a passion for all county sports and has in depth knowledge of pheasant shooting and has keepered on various estates in England, Scotland and Wales. Mel has assisted Case Sport with clients on many occasions over the years and has experience with clients at all levels.

Barry Smyth (A.P.S.I & C.P.S.A Safety Officer)
Barry has been spent many years around the shooting circuit and in recent years has assisted at various country shows throughout the country as a qualified instructor as well as coaching in the field for many clients. Barry has many years experience with clay pigeon shooting as well as working closely with various shoots in running corporate days and assisting clients on the peg.
